Counseling and Therapy

“Counseling” or “talk therapy” helps you make changes and reach your goal of feeling better so you can live a happier, healthier life. Though individual therapists may have specialized training, most of our therapists use an approach that combines several types of treatment. They identify your goals and needs, and then tailor an approach that suits you.

Traditional therapy can be focused on stress management and problem-solving. Specialized therapy may include interpersonal therapy to help you understand how your interactions with others affect your sense of well-being.  Psychodynamic therapy can help you understand how family history affects your daily life and your current relationships.
