Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) can affect both children and adults, causing trouble with concentration and task completion. Executive functions like planning, organizing and follow-through can also be a challenge. An integrated approach that includes therapy and/or medication can be used to help you or your child function better and feel better.

Anxiety, memory problems, learning disabilities, executive function problems, and other conditions can look like ADHD. If a diagnosis is not clear, your clinician will ask for additional testing to be sure you get the right treatment for you.
